Double roll crusher is designed to reduce medium hardness to hard materials, such as rocks or ores, with a nominal negative particle size of 10 mesh in one pass. The top size is about 13mm, and the final fineness usually passes through a 10 gauge (2mm) opening, depending on the material type. The roller crusher plays a good role in the preparation of samples for further fine grinding using a pulverizer. Control the output size by adjusting the gap between the rollers using a manual lever. The feed hopper provides high capacity, easy to clean and maintain access, and is equipped with electrical safety interlocks. When the power is turned off, the hopper opens the unit.

The crusher is sturdy, durable, easy to operate, and meets the strict requirements of laboratory and pilot operation. The double roll crusher is installed on a heavy steel base, equipped with powerful relief springs and safety precautions. These crushers are made of assembled steel and equipped with steel driven guide devices for operator safety. They have a tilted design feed funnel, cast nickel hard roller finish for long life, relief springs, and heavy-duty pillow block bearings.

LC-14 Masi^®Double roll crusherFeatures: 9x12in (229 x305mm), DIA.XW heavy-duty 304 stainless steel crushing roller with nickel hard roller surface. This unit has a V-belt drive and a 5HP TEFC motor that generates uniform speed throughout the entire crushing process. It can reduce the 0.5 inch (13mm) feed size of most rock materials to size 10 (2mm), with an hourly capacity of up to 800 0LBS (3629 kilograms). Working at 60Hz. Choose a voltage of 230V or 460V when placing an order.

LC-14F Masi^®Double roll crusherThe model has the same characteristics and capabilities as LC-14, but operates at 50Hz. The voltage must be selected in chronological order, ranging from 220V, 380V, or 440V.
